Join us for the next RA Community Connections (RA CC), a series of daytime events, radio shows, meetups and workshops in collaboration with local collectives, community spaces, record stores and radio stations. Coordinated by RA’s Global Content Network, RA CC highlights the voices shaping local electronic music communities.

The upcoming event will take place in Athens on Saturday, October 26, in collaboration with Generation Act, xfutrhug and Fade Radio. The event will feature two workshops and a DJ mixer at cultural hub and club, Romantso, with a focus on sharing ideas and skills related to nightlife, safety and creativity.

The first workshop is a DJ session by xfutrhug, known for organising the legendary Qreclaim parties. It will be led by trance veteran and founder of Lower Parts Records, Astytekk. It’s geared toward beginners, with priority for queer and FLINTA-identifying people under 25.

The second workshop is hosted by Generation Act, focusing on harm reduction care and safer spaces education. Generation Act is a peer-led initiative offering their services at events to promote a healthier party culture among Greek youth.

You can sign up for both workshops via the links below, with limited spots confirmed via email. Both workshops will be held in Greek.

The day will conclude with a rooftop mixer at Romantso in conjunction with Fade Radio. Established in 2021, Fade Radio has become a community pillar in Athens through their support of independent artists. Local DJs K.atou, kvadosh and Jeph Vanger will set the mood where members of the scene can have a drink and make new friends.
