Aphrodite HGW live at Romantso

Aphrodite HGW joins forces with Arse Elektronika, making its first appearance in Greece, for a fiery three-hour drag live at Romantso.

Making her Athens performance debut, Ingrid Hideki will open the night, followed by Aphrodite HGW and special guests Andromeda Balls, Cyka de la Blyat and Electra Ex. Expect three hours of drag, live performance, bad decisions and carefully orchestrated chaos.

- Aphrodite HGW is an Athens-based drag performer. Active since 2016, her work moves between music, theatre, video art and live performance, with drag serving as both a personal and sociopolitical form of expression.

In 2024, she released her debut album “ΑΤΑΛΑΝΤΗ”. She also hosts the podcast “ΞΕΚΑΘΑΡΑ”, co-hosts the podcast “LES E?” with Andromeda Balls, and is the founder of HGW std. Supporting Queer Arts, an independent non-profit space dedicated to queer and political art in Athens.

-  Ingrid Hideki; a multidisciplinary artist from Crete, now based in Berlin, blending music, visuals, and performance into bold expressions of queerness and femme liberation across both physical and digital realms.

Known for her sharp postmodern aesthetics and fearless storytelling, Ingrid has performed across Europe, from Heraklion to Berlin, including stages like the EuroPride 2024 Opening Ceremony in Thessaloniki. Her latest EP “HETEROPHOBE” (Oct 2024) explores early adult identity and social reflection, following her acclaimed debut BIG BAD WOLF.

- Andromeda Balls is a teacher by day, crowned Miss Hellas Drag 2024 by night, the first trans woman to co-host Athens Pride in 2025 and 2026, and the self-proclaimed intergalactic supreme ruler of the universe.

Through drag, she hopes to inspire anyone who needs it to move closer to their desired self, as easily and painlessly as possible. She also co-hosts the podcast “LES E?” alongside Aphrodite HGW.

- Cyka de la Blyat is an Athens-based drag queen and performer, raised in Elefsina and now a leading figure in the city’s queer nightlife. Her self-described “skylokagourodark” style moves between goth and Greek folk-pop, meticulous detail and raw chaos, with no two performances ever quite the same.

- Electra Ex is a drag performer, music producer and multimedia artist. Through drag, music and performance, she explores the darker and more uncomfortable sides of the human experience, using her work as a medium for self-expression and storytelling.

Her debut album “EXXXES”, released in June 2025, is a collection of songs about former lovers, situationships, obsessions, projections and emotional ghosts. Seven years in the making, the album brings together her voice, sound and visual language for the first time: part diary, part fantasy, part memorial service.
